چکیده
This paper presents the results of leaching metals from computer PCBs by electrochemical hydrochlorination using alternating current (AC) with an industrial frequency (50 Hz). Leaching was carried out a disintegrator-crushed motherboard particle size (d) <90 ?m. In course research, efficiency including Fe, Sn, Mn, Al, Cu, Zn, Pb, Ni, Ti, Sb, Cr, Co and V evaluated depending on process parameters, such as AC density, experiment duration, hydrochloric acid concentration in electrolyte solution, solid/liquid ratio, temperature, loading option raw material (loading 1 involving into 2 filter containers attached to electrodes). The research showed that superimposition significantly intensifies metals. It established complete Ti under experimental conditions 2, CHCl = 6 mol·L?1, i 0.80 A·cm?2, S/L 8.6 g·L?1), is reached after 1.5 h, Cu Ni h beginning experiment. At same time, degree other Co-78.8%, Cr-84.4%, Sb-91.7%, Fe-98.9%, V-98.1% Pb-5.1%. also reports all abovementioned metals, well Ag Pd, mixed d < 90 ?m 1.

Recovery of Gold, Silver, Copper and Niobium from Printed Circuit Boards Using Leaching Column Technique
Nowadays, over 300 tons of Au are used in electronic equipment each year with other precious and strategic metals such as Ag, Pt, Pd, Cu, Nb, Ta, etc.. After the use-phase, the electronic devices become electronic waste (e-waste); consequently it is important to consider e-waste as a secondary supply for the recovery of these metals. This paper presents the recovery of Au, Ag, Cu and Nb from PC...

In this paper, the leaching behavior of the major metals present in printed circuit boards waste is evaluated, aiming at its recycling by hydrometallurgy. Several leachants were compared (sulfuric, hydrochloric and nitric acids, at 2 M H concentration), at temperatures of 25oC and 90oC and 4 hours of reaction time. Sulfuric acid leaching was not very promising concerning metals dissolution bein...
